About Our Bakery

We are Baker’s Chemistry! A bakery located in Southern Sydney, specialising in gluten-free Artisan breads and sweets. We bake our goods using only the finest quality ingredients.

 

Each of our products is free from industrial seed oils, GMOs, gums and preservatives. This means our products are suitable to most dietary requirements without compromising on quality or flavour, while still preserving the health benefits of the ingredients we use.

 

Our ethos is simple: Health is paramount; thus, we produce clean, healthy, gluten-free baked goods with no nasty ingredients to ensure our customers are consuming exceptional products.

Our Products

We are passionate about creating gluten free breads and products free from preservatives, gums and other nasties that don’t support gut health. Our bread products include classic white, activated charcoal and quinoa, mixed seed, fig and walnut and cranberry, kalamata olive and herb and banana walnut bread. In addition to our loaves, we also create our own cereal, muffins, scones, biscuits and brownies.
