A moist, savoury loaf loaded with juicy kalamata olives that provide a salty flavour bomb, balanced nicely with some Italian herbs. A staple in any gourmet kitchen, this loaf pairs nicely with any main meal. 
Ingredients: Tapioca starch, rice flour, besan flour, flax seeds, psyllium husk, salt, yeast, olive oil, sage, thyme, rosemary, marjoram, oregano, kalamata olives.
Sugar free, soy free, gums free, corn free, no preservatives or nasties, no nuts and wheat free.
Health benefits: Besan flour is an excellent source of protein, aids in digestion and helps to regulate blood sugar levels. Psyllium husk is high in fibre and can alleviate constipation. Flax seeds are an excellent source of Omega 3 fatty acids, can aid with lowering cholesterol and contain anti-inflammatory properties. Olive oil is an excellent antioxidant, is packed with polyphenols, promotes cardiovascular health and aids cognitive function. Kalamata olives are loaded with nutrients including iron, calcium, copper, vitamin A and E, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium. Rosemary is famous for its anti-inflammatory compounds, oregano is an anti-bacterial herb, thyme is excellent for boosting immunity, sage is an expectorant which aids with respiratory infections and marjoram is anti-microbial and high in antioxidants.
